HASHTAGSERVE app for iPhone and iPad

The purpose of this app is to solve the customer’s issues/problems they face during servicing of their smart phones and tablets. Today customer has limited idea as to where the Authorized Service Centre (ASC) are located. For most customers, the ASC’s, are located very far or at inconvenient locations. The waiting time experienced by a customer is too long for his comfort and he ends up wasting his valuable time. Also, customers believe they end up incurring exorbitant cost. “Hashtag” comes in this space to remove the pain of the customer at a very nominal cost. “Hashtag” will provide hassle free Mobile Pick up services from the doorstep of the customer at their convenient time, deliver it to the ASC and get the issues resolved at NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER and return back the device. The complete service will be available to the customer at a very nominal cost. The customer will be able to track online the status of their services through this app.
